My works are visual illustrations of my heterodox beliefs and philosophy utilizing the powerful silent language of the human body...sensuality. They are not under the classification of pornography. If you see my banners on any web sites containing pornography, please send an e-mail with the URL of the site it is listed on.
I receive numerous requests for signature tag groups to use my art. While I deeply appreciate this type of accolade, I must have some guidelines to protect the integrity and copyrights of my work. Following are the Permission Requirements for the use of my art within these types of groups.
Terms of Use:
Group Permission Only - Individual use will not be granted
Group must be non-profit; no reproduction of my art for print or sale on any type of products is allowed.
I
will allow tubing use with stationary, wallpaper, framing, slight animations, etc.
within the following terms only:
* No
color changes to my artwork (the color of the mat board my art is drawn
on, is an integral part of the overall statement)
* Do not use ready made background templates that contain images with my tubes. I do not give permission to use these.
* Never
mix my artwork with other artist's images including photography.
* You
can use whatever creativity you want to make your backgrounds, tagback (whatever
you call them). You can use plugins, accents, sparkles, masks, animation,
etc. but no images other than my artwork.
* Do not remove the copyright text that is currently on my artwork. The placement of the copyright text on my art is deliberate. The copyright must be over the image so it is clear who owns the copyright to the image.
* The URL www.goddessofwar.com and my name ©Alexandria Georgiades must be on the image.
* As I cannot possibly join every group to view the graphics created, I require a sample graphic (per group) using my art be emailed to athenaparthenon@aol.com so I can get a feel for how my art will be used before permission is granted.
