Melas Oneiros (Black Dream)

The Oneiroi were the dark-winged Spirits of dreams. Each night they would emerge from their cavernous home in the land of eternal darkness beyond the rising sun, to haunt the dreams of mankind. It was believed that true dreams issued from the gate of horn, and deceptive dreams issued from the gate of ivory.

Although they were considered male in Greek Mythology,  I have chosen to represent them as women.
